2019 has proved to be a successful year of discovering the future of AI and Big Data, and the vast amount of companies implementing this technology and harvesting the benefits. After two successful shows in London and Amsterdam this year, our highly anticipated North America expo was going to be a well awaited flagship event for AI and Big Data enthusiasts from across the world.

Co-located with Blockchain Expo, IoT Tech Expo, Cyber Security & Cloud, and 5G expo, our North America event in Silicon Valley attracted new sectors and a diverse speaker line-up with leading brands including eBay, Uber, Macy’s, Google Cloud, Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, LinkedIn, Zynga, Applause and Bank of America taking to the stage.

With thousands of attendees joining us for two days exploring the latest technological developments and insights from industry leading brands, it was great to see a vast amount of industry leaders coming together and sharing their unique experience and expertise with one another. Thank you to all of our attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers for helping to create an industry leading show which paves the way to exploring future technology and ideas.

Madhu Kochar, VP within Product Development, from IBM explored how AI is revolution the way organisations work and took us through how companies are leveraging open source and managing the full AI lifecycle. This talk in particular focused on how to help attendees with their AI journey.

Bevan Emma Huang, Director of Data Sciences External Innovation from Johnson & Johnson explored the different approaches to partnering for data sciences in healthcare on Day 1. Bevan explored how professionals and the healthcare industry work together to help take products and technologies from concept to commercialization and, in doing so, positively impacting the lives of millions worldwide. The discussion of the unique challenges related to data sciences was also explored which provided attendees ways to overcome barriers.

Bill Schmarzo, CTO IoT and Analytics for Hitachi Vantara delivered a keynote session on making Big Data the center of your business model. Bill explored the various problems Big Data is helping to solve as well and how to encourage Big Data innovation and stay ahead of your competitors. This talk was incredibly insightful and Bill’s breadth of experience within this sector had attendees glued to their seats.
