We were founded in 2016 on a fundamental belief: companies needed better tools to make pay decisions that reflect their values and priorities. We started by tackling pay equity, pioneering the first technology solution that brought analysis directly into organizations’ hands and revolutionized how companies could identify and close pay gaps.
Since then, we’ve expanded our vision of what’s possible. In 2021, we created the first SaaS tool designed to support fair pay decisions at the time of hire, addressing one of the largest root causes of pay inequity. We expanded in 2023 with Global Pay Reports for automated pay gap reporting, followed by EU Pay Transparency Directive compliance features in 2024.
In 2025, we delivered Syndi, our first AI-native solution that guides every pay decision with precision and consistency in real time, embedded directly in the tools people already use. Syndi supports organizations in reducing attrition, hiring more effectively, managing compliance risk, and strengthening performance.
