I am currently Technical Lead for Robotics & Intelligent Automation at ING Wholesale Banking. In my role and outside it, I am committed to bringing technology closer to everyone – by making our software tools more accessible, understandable & easy to use for anyone, independently of their background.
My areas of expertise include Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Automation and process optimization for financial services. RPA, Intelligent Automation and use of low-code/no-code (LCNC) platforms are currently considered as most powerful tools to enable our journey towards the Future of Work. This is a journey that I fully support and I am passionate about!
