Gabriel Hubert is the CEO and co-founder of Dust, a platform that transforms how enterprises work by enabling teams to build AI assistants that leverage their company’s knowledge. Alongside co-founder Stanislas Polu, from OpenAI, he has grown Dust into a leading platform serving hundreds of companies, including Watershed, Pennylane, and Qonto.
In 2011, he co-founded TOTEMS with Stanislas Polu, a data analytics company acquired by Stripe in 2014, where he spent five years driving geographical expansion and product. Before starting Dust, he served as Chief Product Officer at Alan, the largest European health-tech scale-up. Dust’s unique approach combines state-of-the-art language models with proprietary technology, letting organizations unlock AI’s potential while maintaining control over their sensitive information.
