Gayle Anders’ currently co-leads the Enterprise Continuity program at Netflix with TJ Mead. Prior to Netflix Gayle served as an infantryman in the US Marine Corps for 20 years. During his years of service in the military, Gayle served as an operational continuity planner for the 2015 Nepal earthquake, Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), and Pacific Theater Disaster Response. Gayle led tactical operations during his deployments to Iraq, during an anti-piracy mission in the Indian Ocean, and during the Arab Spring Uprising. Gayle is well versed in continuity related activities and is currently working to continue advancing best practices in business continuity. Gayle attained his CBCP certification in 2020 and currently holds a Masters degree in Emergency Management.
