Nuno Carneiro leads the Artificial Intelligence strategy at OutSystems, a global leader in high-performance low-code development that uses AI to accelerate software development. Before joining OutSystems, Nuno worked in the AI department of several startups, including Cleverly.ai (acquired by Zendesk), where, as the company’s first employee, he developed the product’s core AI technology, and James (formerly CrowdProcess), as a Data Scientist and Head of Customer Success.
Nuno has a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto. As a student, Nuno was the president of ESTIEM, the network for European Students of Industrial Engineering and Management.
