Paul Lambrechts is a Principal Application Engineer at MathWorks in The Netherlands. He works with international customers determining and setting up MathWorks technology for design and production environments fitting their needs. This can vary from modeling and simulation for designing embedded systems for controlling machines or consumer products, to defining cloud solutions for operational AI and Digital Twins. Prior to MathWorks he worked for the Dutch Aerospace Laboratory (NLR), Corus, ASML and TU Eindhoven. He graduated in mechanical engineering at TU Delft and did his PhD in the area of control design, also at TU Delft.
