With 12+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics across Latin America and Europe, she leads data initiatives from strategy to execution, delivering measurable business outcomes.
Previously at Bayer, Tamires held multiple leadership roles including Customer Data Strategy Manager for Latin America and Sales Campaigns Data Lead for Brazil, where she shaped analytics strategies, managed global tool implementations, and led teams delivering customer insights and campaign intelligence across the region.
Her expertise spans data architecture, AI/ML applications and UX-driven data visualization. She is also recognized for the implementation of performance frameworks and building high-performing data teams for new domains. Tamires holds an B.S. in Economics, a MSc in Data Science & Marketing Analytics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and an MBA from FIA Business School.
