Victoria Sybel-Scott is a Senior Solution Architect at Starburst Data, where she helps enterprise customers design AI-ready data architectures, working across analytics, strategy, and the semantic layers that make data usable by both people and AI agents. She started her career in mathematics and analytics before moving into data leadership, advising CDOs and Heads of Analytics and leading data strategy for one of the UK’s largest telecoms companies. She has a particular interest in storytelling and visualisation, and a strong belief that architecture only counts if the room can actually see it. Today she helps customers move GenAI initiatives out of endless pilot mode, working with data where it already lives rather than forcing another migration. A keen rock climber, she’s always been drawn to puzzles, whether on a wall or in a data estate.
