Vladimir Dragic is a Director of BMC Software in France. He works with top tier clients across Europe helping them define digital transformation strategies through measurable value-based roadmaps.  Vladimir works with BMC R&D on developing state of the art AI Ops solutions. He published a widely acclaimed book on boosting marketing effectiveness through AI driven client profiling.

Vladimir holds an MBA in Finance from the École des Ponts et Chaussées. He has over 20 years of experience designing and deploying innovative, data-centric initiatives – ranging from client profiling, to fraud detection to AI Ops.

Prior to joining BMC, Vladimir was Managing Director of NEXTEK, Managing Director of DCE (Altran) and Managing Consultant with BOSSARD – a leading French strategy consulting firm.
