The Enterprise Continuity team at Netflix has developed a continuity program methodology that allows organizational leadership to understand the health of their company in real time. The program is adaptive and can be used for security, resilience, continuity, and disaster recovery programs. The presentation will present the continuity program methodology along with the quantitative metrics used to monitor and track the resilience of assets that support business and technology activities.
