How do I get there?
The venue is conveniently located in Amsterdam, a mere 8 minutes from the city centre and only 15 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. It even has its own train and metro stations as well as a tram stop right outside! Thanks to the location along the A10 ring road, the Convention Centre is also easy to reach by car. The RAI also boasts 6,250 parking spaces and its own harbour provides a direct link to the capital’s historic canal system

How can I pay for my pass?
We accept all major credit cards and can also take payment via bank transfer and over the phone. To pay via either of the latter, please complete your booking and select the ‘invoice’ option, then get in touch with the team with your payment preference and invoice number at [email protected]
When will I get my ticket?
E-tickets are issued a few weeks before the event so please keep an eye out for this in June. We advise you to pre-print your QR ticket for a speedy registration on arrival.

What are event opening times?
Registration opens from 8am on Day 1 and 8:30am on Day 2.
The exhibition will run between 8:30am – 5pm on both days.
The conference tracks will run between 9am – 5:30pm – please check the conference track page for specific timings.
