When is the AI & Big Data Expo Europe 2019?

How do I get there?
The venue is conveniently located in Amsterdam, a mere 8 minutes from the city centre and only 15 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. It even has its own train and metro stations as well as a tram stop right outside! Thanks to the location along the A10 ring road, the Convention Centre is also easy to reach by car. The RAI also boasts 6,250 parking spaces and its own harbour provides a direct link to the capital’s historic canal system

Day 1 (19 June)
Registration: from 8:00am – 4:30pm
Conferences: 9:20am – 6:00pm
Exhibition Floor: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Networking Party: 6:00pm-12:00pm
Paid ticket holders will be able to attend the official networking party on 19 June. Please find out more here.
Paid ticket holders are also invited to pick up their passes a day early if they wish from 15:00-18:00 on the 18th June at the RAI, Amsterdam.
E-tickets will be emailed 2 weeks before the event.
Day 2 (20 June)
Registration: from 8:30am – 4:00pm
Conferences: 9:15am – 4:15pm
Exhibition Floor: 8:30am – 5:30pm
There is a wide range of attendees owing to the scope of AI, from CEO’s/CIO’s/CTO’s to Marketing Managers to AI Startups and Developers. In terms of seniority: 44% Managers, 25% Directors & VP’s, 12% C-Level, 8% Press & Media, 6% Exec’s and 4% Analysts.

How do I register?

How can I pay for my pass?
We accept all major credit cards, can also take payment via bank transfer and over the phone. To pay via either of the latter, please complete your booking and select the ‘invoice’ option. If you have any questions, then get in touch with the team with your payment reference and invoice number at [email protected]
When will I get my ticket?
E-tickets are being issued this week and will continue to be issued up until the show, so please keep an eye out for your badges in emails. Please check your junk/clutter folders. We advise you to pre-print your barcode ticket for a speedy registration on arrival.
If you are unable to pre-print your badge, you can beat the queues and collect your badge from the venue on Wednesday 26 June between 3-6pm. You will also be able to collect from the venue on the day.
If you have not received an e-ticket, you can collect this from the registration desk on arrival.
