Anita Patel

Anita Patel is a Lead Data Scientist in Global Corporate Investment Banking (GCIB) & Sales Technology at Bank of America. She has been with the bank for over 7 years and has helped build several predictive models for the bank ranging from natural language processing to time series based models. One of her most impressive projects to date is developing the model behind Bank of America’s Predictive Intelligence Analytics Machine^TM (BofA PRIAM^TM), which is an artificial intelligence system that helps to optimize demand for equity capital market transactions, including IPOs. The product has won a number of external industry awards, including Gartner’s Eye on Innovation Award and Waters Technology’s AFTA for Most Cutting-Edge IT Initiative. Anita was named Data Science Professional of the Year by WatersTechnology in 2020.
