Before joining Fenestra, Javier was the Head of Experian DataLabs for UKI & EMEA, leading ground-breaking research and development in data analytics. He was also a permanent member of the Bank of England & FCA AI Public-Private Forum, a industry consortium designed to expedite the adoption of AI within the financial sector.

With over 28 years of global experience, Javier has held high-profile roles across multiple industries including Finance, AI, Market Research, Media, and Technology. His previous tenures include serving as Global Chief Technology Officer at Kantar-WPP, Havas Media, and as EMEA CIO at GroupM-WPP.
