For the last 7 years she has led agile digital transformations in McKinsey & Company focused on digitizing technology services: designing products, and services that deliver innovative, personalized experiences for customers. Currently, Laura is leading the technology strategy for the Future of Hybrid work. Laura focuses on building customer-centric, healthy, high performing teams that co-create outcomes with customers. She helps teams define their customer-centric strategy, innovate and experiment with a variety of core and emerging enabling technologies and practices (AI, VR, omni-channel strategy, etc).
