Paul is passionate about helping organisations use data for the good of their business and for the good of their customers. He has over 20 years’ experience working in the direct marketing industry, predominantly in commercially focused data roles and in 2019 Paul took responsibility for Royal Mail’s Data Services division.
In previous roles with Royal Mail he supported organisations make the most of their direct marketing by helping them navigate the most vital part of the DM puzzle; data! He’s has in depth knowledge of data strategy, data governance, data quality and GDPR and has worked with many organisations to help them grow their businesses in what has become an ever changing, data led environment. He also helped build the solutions that launched Royal Mail’s original MarketReach proposition and prior to that had a very successful career in database and data solutions sales with Acxiom.
