Priscila Chaves Martínez has worked at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship and impact for over 17 years, collaborating with multinationals and startups in North & Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa and South-East Asia.
As a founder and Managing Director for Latin American innovation agency 10x Impact, she leverages technology, innovation and ethics to design the future of the region. In addition to this, she joined Cargill in early 2021 as Director for their Global Transformation Office.
With vast experience in Corporate Tech, she has lead operations and business development for IBM in Latin America and Asia-Pacific, and as a business leader for Latin America’s largest AI firm. Priscila has also collaborated in the launch and scaling of tech startups in South-East Asia and East Africa.
A thought leader in the fields of Tech & Innovation and a 4x TEDx speaker, with over 20.000 views of her talks on innovation, ethics and the future. She is the country coordinator for IDB’s Ethical AI Observatory and ambassador for “Women in AI”, selected in 2020 to participate in Homeward Bound’s leadership program, culminating in an all-women’s scientific expedition to Antarctica. An alumni and member of the Global Leadership team from Singularity University in Silicon Valley.
Priscila lives in London and recently started the groundbreaking MPhil (Mst) at the Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence at the University of Cambridge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Ethics & Society.
