Sarah has over 15 years experience working in analytics & data science roles. The past 4 years she has engaged her passion for data to shape the vision and strategy for how it’s transformed and used for Sky’s streaming services. As Data Intelligence director Sarah has supported the launch of streaming services across 4 countries, ensuring Data is part of its DNA, helping teams to understand how customers relate to the service and importantly how this is acted upon to drive improved experiences. Prior to this Sarah has held various roles across Sky, using data to support new product launches across Sky BB, Sky Go and Sky HD as well as leading numerous initiatives to improve, democratise & act on the wealth of information collected across the customer viewing experience.”
