Tom is the Director of Product at causaLens. Previously, he worked at Seldon, a London-based MLOps startup, where he was the Head of Solutions Engineering- running a global team and solving tricky client challenges. Tom started his career as a Deep Learning Engineer with IBM. Having published research on ML fairness, he is excited about helping to build ML products which are bias free and transparent.
