Decision making has two key components; prediction and judgement. AI is rapidly commoditising prediction, by making it cheaper and more scaleable.
However, AI is failing to create the productivity gains and widespread impact that many predicted it would have done by now.
In this talk, Tom will explore these topics, and argue that in order for organisations to truly embrace AI, AI needs to embrace cause and effect.
