The venue is in a conveniently located in West Kensington, London, near the Kensington (Olympia) underground stop. You can find full directions and parking facilities here.

Day 1

Registration: from 8:30am-5:00pm

Conferences: 9.20am – 6:00pm

Exhibition Hall: 8.30am – 6:00pm

Networking Party @ Pergola Olympia: 6:00pm – 10:00pm

Day 2

Registration: from 9.00am

Conferences: 9.00am – 4.30pm

Exhibition Hall: 9:30am – 4:30pm

Where can I stay? 

There are a choice of hotels in close proximity to the venue. We recommend the Hilton Olympia as it is right next to the venue.

How can I pay for my pass?

We accept all major credit cards and can also take payment via bank transfer and over the phone. To pay via either of the latter, please complete your booking and select the ‘invoice’ option, then get in touch with team with your payment preference and invoice number at [email protected]

When will I get my ticket?

E-tickets have been sent to your email, they will be sent out weekly in the lead up to the event to ensure that you receive your ticket.

Please print and bring your e-badge with you in order to access the event.

What’s the best way to find out what’s going on at the event?

There will be a free event guide available at the registration desk which lists all the sessions and activities taking place over the 2 days. We also recommend following us on Twitter (@ai_expo) as we will be live tweeting updates and images throughout the event.

Are there any dedicated networking opportunities?

Yes. Ultimate and Gold pass holders will have access to the Delegate Lounge over both days within the exhibition, in addition to the official Networking Tool which allows you to connect pre-event and arrange meetings during the show, and also an invitation to networking drinks following day one of the conference.

Will there be Wi-Fi available in the venue?

There will be Wi-Fi available on site. You will find the username and log-in within the event guide.

Are there catering facilities?

Yes. There are catering facilities available on-site offering a range of refreshments.
