During her 11+ years of experience in digital marketing, Hoda’s planned and executed integrated marketing programs for B2B and B2C businesses across all digital platforms:  websites, apps, email, media, social, CRM, etc.  At Episerver she developed an event marketing app that leveraged gamification, increasing engagement by 82% while earning her a Best App award.

She’s been working with Kia Motors America for over 2 years, and launched multiple web and in-app AR/VR experiences, Amazon Alexa and Google Home skills, and the first AI powered automotive chatbots on Facebook: NiroBot and Kian. Kian, first of its kind, is planned to serve as Kia’s omni-channel ambassador across borders by integrating multiple shopping, owners, customer support, news, and finance agents to deliver a one-stop solution to Kia buyers. So far, Kian has gained 387K unique users and managed 600K+ engagements, while increasing KPI conversations by 20x in the US.

Hoda also manages the Kia Global Website Redesign that will pilot in the US in 2019 and roll out to the rest of the regions in the near future.
