Kapil has spent his career turning breakthrough AI innovations into practical enterprise products and platforms – from early work at IBM and JP Morgan Chase, through product strategy and emerging technology incubation at Deloitte, enterprise AI platforms at Capital One, and most recently leading Gen AI product teams at The Cigna Group. He balances high-level strategic vision with a passion for staying hands-on as an operator and driving products to implementation, often vibe coding agentic prototypes to test new concepts.
