Lagan Khare is the Executive Director of Software Development Engineering and AI Enablement at CVS Health, where she has built the AI Enablement function for the Health Care Delivery business, overseeing AI-enabled platforms, agent-based automation frameworks, and cloud-native systems across multiple business lines.
She brings 20+ years driving enterprise engineering transformation across healthcare and global information services. Prior to joining CVS Health in 2022, she worked at Elsevier (RELX) leading globally distributed Quality Engineering teams. Lagan is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and Chief Network and actively participates in conferences, forums and book reviews in the GenAI space. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from RGPV University, India.
