She leads AI-enabled capabilities for enterprise search to assess high-impact global external opportunities aligned with therapeutic area strategy and shape a future-ready innovation portfolio.
Previously, Nishtha was Head of Innovation and Digital Technology at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Top 20 biopharma), where she led transformative digital and data initiatives across the broader pharmaceutical value chain, harnessing AI and emerging technologies to improve patient and healthcare outcomes. Her experience also includes leadership roles at Global 500 companies like GSK, Biogen, Thomson Reuters, DrFirst, IQVIA, and Accenture, giving her deep perspective on digital transformation, AI strategy, and innovation in complex, regulated environments.
