He is Co-Founder of lablab.ai, the world’s leading global AI builder and hackathon ecosystem, engaging 240,000+ developers across 150+ countries. Pawel has built his career operating large-scale applied AI programs and developer platforms that convert experimentation into real deployment. He holds an M.S. from the University of Gdańsk. In this role, he leads day-to-day execution across product development, engineering coordination, and partner delivery, ensuring the platform scales into durable global infrastructure.
