Emma Persson is coordinating the AI for Safer Children initiative, a project aimed at leveraging the
positive potential of AI both through an online platform and country-specific trainings for law
enforcement worldwide. She specialized in emerging technologies after having completed a master’s
program in international relations at King’s College London and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Public
International Law at Leiden University, and continues to contribute to the Centre’s work on reports
and initiatives exploring responsible AI innovation and its risks within criminal justice systems and
the international environment.
