Frans van Bruggen is a Policy Advisor on Artificial Intelligence and Fintech at De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), the prudential regulator of The Netherlands. Before he joined DNB in June 2021, Frans worked 5 years in Corporate Venture Capital and 2 years for the market regulator of the Dutch Healthcare System. His interest and focus has always been on (regulating) emerging technology, and it’s implications for business, government and society.
