Natasha is currently the Head of AI for financial economic crime at Rabobank. She is also an Expert in Residence at Kickstart.ai focusing on creating Ethical & Responsible AI frameworks, as well as the Education lead at Women in AI (NGO).
She holds a PhD in computer science specializing in artificial intelligence and during her career, she has been a data science manager at ING, Head of Data Science at dotModus (Google cloud scale-up), the Head of the Centre of Excellence for Robotics in South Africa and previously spent many years working as a data scientist and software engineer.
Natasha is passionate about STEM education, especially for females and disadvantaged communities and is a strong advocate for the use of ethical & responsible AI.
