She leads enterprise data and AI platforms, with a strong focus on CDO governance, data quality, and responsible AI in complex, regulated environments. Radhika has driven large-scale data transformations, enabling organizations to turn data into trusted, decision-ready assets.
Outside work, Radhika supports mentoring women in Technology and actively supports STEM programmes
