Sanjay’s interest in machine learning dates back to his academic training in the 1990s. As a Ph.D. candidate, he wrote an NIH-funded thesis to build an expert system to support neurology residents in diagnosing and treating Alzheimer’s Disease. In 2012, he launched Autonebula, an AI-based incubator, to advance global mobility and electrification. The company catalyzed the economic growth of five startups and received widespread media acclaim.
