A self-proclaimed passionate data geek, Tor is consistently drawn to organisations at the forefront of digital transformation – operating large-scale data ecosystems where AI systems can be rapidly translated to sustainable top- and bottom-line value.
Having served as CDO, CISO, and CTO, Tor operates fluently at the intersection of AI, data, cybersecurity, and regulation. He balances rapid innovation with rigorous compliance, including the EU AI Act, GDPR, and BCBS 239, ensuring trust, resilience, and scalability by design.
Tor holds a PhD in Strategy, complemented by dual Master’s degrees in Innovation and Technology Management. Currently, his main research interest is around ambidextrous AI agents.
