Prior to Visa, Constantina led the global CRM, Data Science, BI, AI, and commercial impact agenda at Schroders Asset Management, where she transformed how the organisation used data to drive growth, deepen client engagement, and scale commercial performance across markets.
She serves on the Board of Women in Banking & Finance and is a committed mentor and advocate for neurodiversity and for women in data, AI, and fintech.
